OOTD: Spring Fever

Last night I went out to celebrate my birthday. As you all know, Spring is my favorite season! I wanted to wear something that was totally Springy and nothing epitomizes that more than pastels. The weather last night ended up being less than pleasant with wind and rain but I didn't let that stop me!
